Welcome to First Strike Academy

Firstly, allow us to explain exactly what it is we do. We offer elements of a mixed martial arts system. We teach various techniques from various styles of Martial Arts and have through the years developed our own Hybrid Martial Arts Elements. Martial arts from around the world has been taken and studied. From that we have removed all of the sport and ceremony until only the most lethal and vicious techniques remained.

At First Strike Academy we train individuals to live safe in an unsafe world. You will be taught advanced techniques against the most common street attacks; how to use your entire body to develop devastating power; disarming and stop armed assaults and many more styles.
